Did you know that in PA it is legal for puppy mill farmers to kill their unwanted dogs and then spread their remains and feces on their crops?? Yes this is true. How sick and twisted is that!! I live here and I don't eat meat and now I gotta watch what produce I eat and where it came from?!?! Under the law of Pennsylvania, kennel operators (non-vets) can vaccinate their dogs for rabies as long as the dogs remain in their kennels (once a dog leaves their facility, he or she must be re-vaccinated by a licensed veterinarian).
